For orders outside of the US- *BUYER ASSUMES ALL IMPORT/CUSTOM/DUTIES/VAT TAXES IF APPLICABLE* If you purchase from my shop, you agree to these terms. THANK YOU! :)💗

IMPORTANT: PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES!

  • All items are made to order or are created in small batches, so please allow 1-20 BUSINESS days processing time before shipments (does not include weekends). Some orders may ship more quickly than others. Your support and patience is so greatly appreciated!
  • If you want to inquire about specific shipping times on items or possible expedited shipping please contact me at smileymoonstudio@gmail.com. :) More often than not, I can get your order to you quicker than the processing time if you need it sooner (gift, event, etc.)! 
The package is marked delivered by USPS, but it isn't here! What should I do?
  • If a package is marked delivered to your correct location used at point of purchase, I cannot issue a refund. Please check with your local post office and/or neighbors to try and retrieve your package and/or file a stolen package claim with USPS. All orders are issued a tracking number after shipment.
  • Unfortunately this is a reality that can happen, and it is so sad for both the customer, and me, the maker. I hope all of your packages arrive safely ♥️
The package has been "in transit" for a long time, where is it?
  • If your package is "lost" in transit please contact me and I will file a missing package claim and a package inquiry to USPS. It can take 1-3 weeks to hear back. After hearing back from USPS, and the package is not retrievable, I will issue a replacement of the items purchased. PLEASE reach out- I want you to get your earrings and enjoy them! Unfortunately this happens sometimes, but I will always help to sort it out through the proper channels. I appreciate your support and patience :)

Acrylic Earrings
Do not submerge in water or get wet- store in a dry area (as with all jewelry!). Handle with care- acrylic is a high quality material but can still possibly break if dropped. Do not throw acrylic jewelry into bags or purses- it may scratch. Do not spray hairspray or perfume on your acrylic accessories, it may discolor them. Clean using a microfiber or soft cloth.
Closures/ materials that may be used in your jewelry:
All findings are stainless steel (hooks, posts, clip-ons, leverbacks/huggie hoops) as of April 2023. Necklaces are also on stainless steel chain. 

❤️ Returns/Refunds/Cancellation❤️

Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours of purchasing.

No general refunds or returns will be accepted.

What do I do if an item arrives broken?
  • If contacted the same day of delivery, I will happily replace the broken components, parts, or pair. If parts were broken due to customer error at a later date, I may be able to make a custom listing for the specific parts or pieces. :)

Jewelry and other accessories sold here are not intended for children and should be kept out of their reach. Each piece is handcrafted/assembled/produced and may contain small parts.
